Live training for DealFuel

Your calls are decided before they start.

And yet your number depends on how you feel when you wake up in the morning far more than how well you know your script.

You'll get the joining details by email. Leave your mobile and I'll text you three times at most: the day before, an hour before, and when we go live. That's all.

Step 2 of 2

You're in. Put it in your calendar.

The joining link is in the invite, and I'll email it to you before we start.

The gap

You knew. Something else came out instead.

Think about the last call you lost that you shouldn't have. Not a bad lead or a no-show. A qualified prospect who had the problem, the money and the desire, and it still didn't close.

If you're honest, there was a moment somewhere in the back half of that call where you knew exactly what needed to be said, and something in you decided not to say it. You softened the objection, let "I need to think about it" slide, and made them comfortable instead of helping them decide.

You've done the training and you know the frameworks. If this was a tactics problem, more tactics would have fixed it by now.

What we'll cover

Three things you can use on your next call.

  1. The two layers.Layer one is what you know: scripts, frameworks, objection handles. Layer two is who shows up when the call gets hard. Every ceiling I've seen lives at layer two, and almost every programme stops at layer one.
  2. The External Reference Problem. Why your chest tightens when a prospect pushes back. For some it's approval, for others money, status or the leaderboard. Different triggers, same mechanism, and it was built long before you took your first sales call.
  3. Changing the thermostat.Forcing functions raise the temperature for a month and then it drops back to where it was set. How to catch the old pattern as it fires, and decide who runs the call instead.

Is this for you

For
  • Closers, setters and account executives
  • Anyone whose month swings on their mood
  • Founders who still take the sales calls themselves
Not for
  • Anyone looking for a new script. There won't be one
  • People who want a pep talk and nothing to do after it

Who's running it

I'm David Jacob, author of Choice Psychology. I coached sales reps, then the founders who employ them, and from mid-2024 every client did a month of mindset before we touched a script, because nothing else held until we did.

On my first high-ticket offer I was the only Brit on an American team, with no relationships and no history with the offer. I collected $120,000 in the first month. The team had the same tactics and the same leads. What I had was the same version of me on every call, however the prospect showed up.

It's free, it's live, and there won't be a script.

Bring a real call you lost. You'll leave knowing why.
