These terms cover davidjacob.co.uk, the free training sessions run through it, and the emails and text messages that go with them. The service is provided by David Jacob Consultancy Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15922034. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Registering for a session
Free sessions are exactly that: free. You give us a name and an email address, and we send you the joining details. We may record a session and share the recording afterwards. Places and dates can change, and if one does we will tell you by email.
SMS Terms
- What you get: up to three reminder text messages about the one session you registered for. The day before, an hour before, and when we go live.
- How you opt in: by entering your mobile number on the registration page and ticking the consent box. It is optional, and you can register without it.
- Message frequency: up to 3 messages per session you register for. This is not a recurring subscription.
- Cost: we do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile network.
- How to stop: in the US and Canada, reply STOP to any message and you will receive no more. Elsewhere the messages come from the sender name "DavidJacob" and cannot receive replies, so email david@leadhawks.co.uk and we will remove your number the same day.
- Help: reply HELP, or email david@leadhawks.co.uk.
- Delivery: mobile networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: your number is used for these reminders only. See our Privacy Policy.
Emails
Registering for a session signs you up to the emails about that session, not to a newsletter. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
What the content is, and is not
The training, the recordings and anything else published here are educational. They are not financial, legal, medical or therapeutic advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. What you do with the material is your decision and your responsibility.
Paid programmes
Anything offered for sale during a session has its own separate terms, which you see and accept before paying. Nothing on this page overrides them.
Our material
The content, slides, recordings and frameworks are ours. You are welcome to use them in your own work. You may not resell, republish or pass them off as your own.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site and the sessions running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of fault. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
